There was a transaction of 2.11 euros that is represented as a General account correction in my PayPal statement.

How should I tag this transaction?

“2.11 EUR;PayPal Posting Date:Jun 11, 2020;Payment from:Paypal;Refund per Temporary COVID refund policy”
