I have the PAyPal import feed set up but there are a number of transasctions not appearing in Quickfile that are on PayPal, is there a cause for this?

Is there anything different to these transactions compared to others? Are they GBP or another currency? Are they e-cheque payments?
No the transactions are in in GBP, none of them seem to be echeques. Printed out my excel from QF and PayPal to find the descrepencies and there are a number of missing payments in QF. Transactions all seem to be the same type but not pulled through into QF
