PayPal payment not showing on account

I setup paypal Integration emailed invoice via quickfile. Client has logged in and paid but it does not show in my paypal or on quickfile? This is the first Online paypal payment I have taken so slightly confused about where payment has gone?

Perhaps it takes a while? Can someone let me know. Thanks

Once the payment has been confirmed with PayPal, a notification is sent through to us and we update the invoice as paid.

Is the payment showing on your PayPal account at all?

No the payment is not showing in my paypal account.

We don’t have a record of the payment being completed on your account. How were you notified that the payment had completed (email, shown on your account, etc.)? If the client has told you it’s been done, do they have the confirmation email from PayPal to confirm this?

They have the confirmation email and transaction ID from Paypal. So I am slightly confused about what has happened here.

If it’s not showing in your PayPal account nor in your QuickFile account but have the transaction ID, I think this is something that you will need to query with PayPal themselves.
