PayPal Payment Option

When you send an invoice to a customer my email he then clicks on make payment but the screen is blank and missing the option to pay via paypal

There’s a few things to check which may be causing this:

  1. Check the client record itself. Go to Sales >> View all clients > Select the client. Then click ‘Modify’ and check the payment options to see if PayPal has been disabled.

  2. Check the invoice. View the invoice, and click More Options >> Pay Online. Make sure PayPal is enabled.

If both of those are OK, are you having any other issues with other clients? It may be worth impersonating the client to see if you see the same issue too.
