One of our clients uses Paypal for sales etc. and we do VAT for them, some quarters show a sale and then the next quarter we will have a refund/partial refund for that sale, but we can’t tag the credit to the sale as it’s already closed from the last quarter - any ideas how we can get around this? Hope that makes sense, rambled a bit!
