PayPal Setup not loading

Hello,

I know how to import my PayPal account, that isn’t the issue.

The issue I am having at the moment is when I click Add Bank Account then PayPal merchant. The box that should appear, doesn’t. I keep getting the loading circle so am unable to link my PayPal account at the moment which is a little frustrating.

Hi Ant,

I’ve been able to replicate this on my side when setting up a merchant account. I’ll pass this to a colleague and we’ll come back to you shortly.

This was due to a recent update. I can confirm that it has now been fixed.

If you select the option “PayPal (Merchant Account)” you will now see a popup dialogue box to integrate with PayPal.
