Paypal Transfer To Bank Account Not Showing

Hi there, I have my Paypal feed set up and working but the withdrawal to the linked bank account is not showing in my Merchant Account Statement. From reading the knowledgebase it appears it should appear.

When that linked bank current account is uploaded into quickfile the amounts transferred from or to paypal, will show on that bank current account.
So tagging them on that bank account will create the respective entries on your paypal account in quickfile, and if you create a tagging rule the next time you upload the bank statement those transfers will be done automatically.

Thanks for the reply. I’m not currently importing the current bank account in QF so what’s the next best way to process the transactions?

you will need to manually enter the main bank account transactions unless you are not using that bank account for business.
If thats the case then the transfers are drawings so you could manually enter them on the paypal account in quickfile and tag them as such.
Thats a work around, as I use paypals monthy report and enter its totals manually as thats a lot quicker for me than tagging would be.

One other thing, when setting up your paypal feed you may have ticked the quickfile option “Ignore transfers to bank (prevents duplication)” which stops the transfers from importing
