PDF statement converted to Excel and saved as CSV

HI i previously had an issue where none of my statements matched hte import data, i have searched through, and it seems that each time i import a statement 3 lines of data are not importing,

has anyone experienced this?

I am with Metro Bank, and they only provide PDF statements online, so i convert each to an excel file, and it matches the PDF ok, then i convert the excel file to one of the import formats, all the data is still there, but 3 lines do not get imported!

Copying and pasting a PDF file contents into Excel then saving as a CSV can lead to all sorts of weird encoding problems. It’s really hard to see what the problem is without seeing the CSV file. I’ll send you a PM so you can reply and upload the file.
