PDFs and receipt viewer

Does anyone else have this issue:

Often when I forward an email with a PDF invoice attached, the invoice doesn’t display - it’s just a dark, blank screen.

But if I forward it again, it displays ok.

Whereabouts doesn’t it display? In the Receipt Hub preview window?

What browser are you using? It’s very likely to be a browser configuration issue.

Yes, in the preview window of the hub.
I have the latest Firefox.
But as I say, if I forward the email again, the pdf will usually display correctly that 2nd time. That’s what perplexes me!

It may be related to this issue?


It’s not a specific issue with QuickFile but related to the way Firefox handles PDFs. It can be changed via your Firefox settings.
