Would it be possible to get an option that allows a per item discount, rather than a per invoice one?
One of my recent jobs involved 3 days at my normal day rate, and a further 2.5 days at a discounted rate. With the current system this means creating two separate invoices for what’s technically a single job.
Also, people selling items (I’m mostly service based) may want to apply a discount to a given item, as opposed to just lowering the item price.

You should be able to add a second invoice line with a negative value. This gives you complete control over the description, value, vat and nominal code.
We have a list of standard per-item discounts as part of our sales inventory.
What we would love is either a per-line percentage discount or the ability to have an item price to three decimal places as the fractions of a penny that some percentages resolve to, necessarily in the customer’s favour, do start to add up.
