Permissions to create & send Estimates only

Hi

How do I set up a user so he can only create and send estimates. I don’t want him to be able to edit, do or send anything else in the system.

Unfortunately there isn’t a specific ‘create and send only’, but there is an option to allow them to create and send invoices and estimates, but not purchase invoices:

Thank you! Would I also need to tick “internal messaging” at the bottom of the permissions list?

The internal messaging is for things like when a client queries an invoice, or when they accept an estimate. It’s not needed for sales and estimate creation, but it could be a good one to add
