I remember the last one was a tough time for the gents at QuickFile, but they were on the case quickly and efficiently.

We apologise for the problems accessing QuickFile this morning. The issue is related to our Data Center provider and we are informed that this should be resolved very quickly. We will provide further updates shortly.

The same message here as well. The Quickfile team are very good at handling issues and communicating with their clients so am happy to wait to hear their updates.

At the moment we are waiting for an update from the technical team at the data center. The issue we are told is related to a faulty switch managed by the data center. Again we apologise for the delay here.

The service has been restored and we will be investigating the root cause in the coming days.
