I have paid my £54, had it debited and my screen confirms subscription live till Dec 22. However when trying to access our accounts get diverted to pay £18 for bank feeds with no other option? Help please

You will need to log out and back in again, if that doesn’t work you may need to refresh your browser for the subscriptions to take affect
