i have a power user account on Quickfile. I’m strugling to find where I can grant my accountant access to my account.
I’ve tried to add him using the team management section but got the following error message.
’This Email address has already been registered to another QuickFile account. To manage multiple QuickFile accounts from a single email login please register to use Affinity.’.
Any help gratefully received.

QuickFile is a single company product, meaning you can only have 1 company linked to a single email address.
There is nothing to stop you signing up a second company using a different email address.
(So if your accountants have already directly linked their email to one client the would have to use a different email to connect to yours.)
For Accountants and Bookkeepers we we have a dedicated platform called Affinity. This is a single dashboard where you can group together all your client profiles, track key filing dates and setup your own branding and logo on their accounts.

A possible approach that may work.
If the accountant’s email supports what is known as plus addressing, you could add the accountant as something like info+gtcooker@accountant.uk
In most email providers this will just be delivered to info@accountant.uk
This is recognised as a different email address in QuickFile
