Power user / bank feed renewal dates

Hi,

My PUS (08/02/24) and bank feed (28/08/24) have expired and a £90 payment will be due. This has come around sooner than expected, I thought they were yearly payment?

That’s correct, they are annual payments.

You can view your billing history by going to your company name in the top right corner, and selecting “Billing”.

Your Power User Subscription which you purchased on 08/02/24 was billed pro rata instead of the standard £60 + vat to align with the Bank feeds subscription you already had, that way they expire on the same date.

I have just done the bank feed as this was correct august 23. But the power user expiry isn’t correct as this was done in Jan 2024 receipt number below, so shouldn’t be until Jan 25?

Matthew explained that your original power user subscription was charged at less than the full £72 (£60+VAT) because it was a part-year to line up with the bank feed expiry date. If you renew both now they will both be full year subscriptions.

Ahh ok. I’ve done the bank feed will do power tomorrow then.
