my power user subscription has expired and I cannot log in to my account unless I renew. I understand that if I have more than 1000 ledger items I must renew, but cannot access my company settings to check this. I doubt I have over 80 items per month so am not convinced I need to be a power user. I already pay for automated bank feeds. Please help.

Power user subscription refers to 1000 Ledger entries, not invoices. If you have 80 invoices per month (960 per year) then you will have roughly 4000 ledger entries. If you have between 200 and 250 invoices (sale and purchases) per year (roughly 20 per month), then you will be on the edge of 1000.

I have given you temporary access (25/05/2022) to your account as a courtesy to view the account usage report, It can be found in Account Settings > All Settings > Account Usage Report
