I’m getting a message on my Dashboard saying my “Power User Subscription expires in 5 days click here”
When I “click here” I’m taken to the additional services page which shows my subscription but I can’t see anything to click in order to renew. Do I have to wait until it expires?

That’s a bit strange! I can’t seem to see the renew button either!
I’ll send you a private message shortly with a renewal link. Look for a green icon in the top right hand corner.

I know we’ve already resolved this privately, but just wanted to let you know that this has now been fixed and you’re now able to renew within 30 days of the expiry
