Power-User Still Seeing Adverts

Hi Glen

I’m a power user (due to being classified as a LARGE organisation) but am still seeing ads on my Dashboard. I thought this subscription removed those?

The subscription gives you the option to disable them, but it doesn’t happen automatically.

If you go to Account Settings > Advanced Features:

You can disable them from there:
