Power User Subscription Cancelled

I stopped using Quickfile in January 2018, and my power user subscription expired at the end of March. I now have no access to any of my data except the renewal screen. As there are no new entries being made I no longer need the power user subscription, but I do need to maintain access to the existing data - how do I do this? My account now meets the criteria of a free account.

If your account falls into the XS, S or M category, you should be able to just log in as normal. If you are still seeing a screen prompting you for payment, it means your account is still in at least the L category. If this is the case, please send me a private message (click my name and then ‘Message’), and I’ll take a look for you and advise you further.
