Power User Subscription - Is it required for my account?

I am using two Quickfile accounts and both have power subscriptions, I will not be using one of my accounts as much as I did so I do not require the power subscriptions, but the power subscriptions have run out on my Field Fleet account and will not let me in until I pay the power subscriptions, how can I go back to the standard package, I did pay for the bank feed on the Field Fleet before it ran out

The power user subscription is based on a rolling 12 month period so if the ledger entries used are over the threshold you will need to pay the subscription. Once the ledger entry count drops below the threshold you will not require the subscription, it’s all automatic. So if it’s asking you to pay it means the previous 12 months activity is still above the threshold.
