its not on the menu

Do you have any subscriptions on your account at the moment?

Any active subscriptions would appear on the additional services page, but there is a section to purchase additional subscriptions here too (e.g. a bank feed subscription)

thank you, i didnt realise i had to initially select

Update or add a new subscription

so if i dont have a subscription at the moment, is it £45, then another £45?

If an account is graded as L or XL, then you would be required to purchase the Power User Subscription to continue to use QuickFile. However, it can be purchased optionally if you wish, while your account is graded as XS, S or M.
