Prepayments when converting to QuckFile

Hi

I am converting to Quickfile from Quickbooks and I have a number of prepayments to bring across. But using an example is probably easiest.

I paid the insurance premium on 1st June and part of the premium relates to the next financial year. eg

Invoice £1,000
Prepayment £250

What are the entries to bring the £250 into the 25/26 financial year?

How do I enter the prepayment into quickfile?

Best enter the full TB from QB to QF on switch date, that should account for all prepayments and accruals in things are finalised on QB
