Hi Guys
Not sure why, but having an issue sending an invoice via email. I am using my SMTP server and to my knowledge, this is working - certainly worked when I sent an invoice via Outlook client, using the same SMTP server and account.
I get the following error appear in QuickFile, about 30 seconds after requesting the send. What does it mean?:
We encountered a problem emailing this invoice!
Your SMTP Server Returned an Error: Bad Request - {“type”:“Global”,“message”:“Failed to add new mail! Mail Id: ‘0’, SenderMail: ‘help@********.co.uk’, ReferenceID: ‘*******498’. --> Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.”}
Is this issue something within QuickFile of with the SMTP?
