I can download reports from quickfile but I can’t export data by selecting the line items in an account. It diverts me to a page saying you have ventured into the wilderness. I could
always do it before. Any suggestions how to fix?
Hi @Lori, can you provide a screen-shot showing what page are you exporting from when you get this message?
We will have a look at that for you.
I suspect however if you refresh that page a few times it will download. It’s related to our new load balancer, the file is created on one node and requested on another.
