Problem sending letters - Snail Mail

Every time I try sending out letters (other than invoices) I get the following response…

failed to send by post: Can’t locate a valid postcode.

The address is unchanged from that held on Quickfile and is the same address / formatting that is used successfully when sending an invoice.


Sorry I didn’t read the title correctly…I will look into this for you.

Please try sending now, there was a slight issue with the address positioning on your template that was pushing the postcode just below the windowed envelope position. It should be fine now.
