I have a problem with feeds from Ebay. I have tried deleting the ebay feeds and loading them again, but it does not work. I have also tried to link the ebay financial statment report from an excel file but cannot link it. The same problem occurs periodically and I have already received a reply saying that if the problem recurs someone will look into the matter. I have same problem since June, please help.

Can I just check what you mean by “it does not work” with the relinking, please? Is it that you can’t link eBay at all, or more of that the feed isn’t running?
Likewise with the import (which I’m assuming is CSV rather than Excel?), what error messages are you seeing? Is this when you’re trying to import the transactions into a bank account, or are you trying to import them as invoices?
I’m talking about the ebay merchant account, the feed isn’t running properly. At the moment, the last feed is from December 13th. Since I have the same problem every few weeks and I am tired of it. Each time I do the same activities that you tell me to do like unlinking the account and linking again and finally someone from the support must do it to me every time.
