Problem with journals


We had to delete the year end journals for the previous period for one of our clients. We then needed to unlock the accounts date.

This is the message we are getting when unlocking the date:

We were unable to remove all the locks on your account as there is a year end journal for 30/04/2014. Instead we moved the lock to the last year-end journal date, the corresponding journal can now be deleted or modified. If you decide to delete this journal you will then be able to move the lock further back.

This is not correct the journals have been deleted for this period. Cyphas journal issue.pdf (246.0 KB)
