Problems logging in again

Hi having the same problem as yesterday following a user trying to log in with the incorrect password the login has frozen and I have waited the 5 minutes and it hasn’t unlocked

Hi, I am also having the same problem and it has been a couple of hours now.

Just a quick note about your post - I’m assuming you’re referring to the support tickets when you mention email?
