Problems with mapping HSBC CSV file

Hi there,

I have converted my HSBC PDF statement into exel workbook.
I opened it in googlesheet and then downloaded it as CSV.

I am having difficulties uploading the statement and the error message says to map the columns. I have picked ‘Others’ because it seems the HSBC template doesn’t work either. I tried to map the columns but it does not work.

Please can someone help me I would be grateful. Thank you

Pdf converters are not the best as they sometimes corrupt the files.

You would be better off logging in to your HSBC online banking (not the APP) and downloading their correct format.
