I have moved from Natworst to Barclays and trying to figure out how to process this in quickfile. At present I have both Natwest and Barclays active current accounts with some suppliers using the Natwest to still make payments but with increasing numbers using Barclays. Quickfile has 1 current account so not sure how to go about downloading transactions from both banks and importing to quickfile. Its not something I do every day! but would welcome being pointed in the right direction, thanks
All you need to do here is create another bank account record in Quick File for Barclays. You can have around 50 bank accounts in Quick File. Eventually you will be posting all your transactions to Barclays, the Natwest one will remain in your bank management area and Barclays will be set as your default current account.
