Profile already attached to another Affinity account

I have a new client which uses Quickfile. I have been trying to add them to my affinity by clicking add profile and putting in their email. It replies saying the profile is already mapped to another Affinity account. The account holder must detach from the other account before proceeding. How do I give them instructions on how to do this or is this something the other affinity user needs to do?

If your client is the administrator of their account, they can go to Account Settings >> Team Management and disconnect from the Affinity account there.

If the existing Affinity account is the owner of the profile however (as in, they created it for the mutual client), then they would need to transfer the admin rights first.
