Profit & Loss report not showing all expense categories?

Hi,

I have just clicked the P&L report for 2013-14 but it is not showing all categories for expenses (e.g. office equipment)

Please help as it is only showing that I have £149 of expenses for the tax year 2013-14 and I need to produce my tax return

Office equipment is an asset code and would appear on the balance sheet rather than the P&L. If you look at your chart of accounts any code between 4000-9999 will feature on the P&L anything below that will be visible on the balance sheet.
