Purchase Estimate

Hi Team,

In my business model, I am required to create PURCHASE Estimate, purchase Invoice , while creating my sales Estimate and sales invoice respectively.

Could you please suggest me the correct API available for below listed actions.

1. Purchase Estimate (how to connect my Sales Estimate ) and how to push Purchase estimate paid vai API.
2. Purchase invoice creation API.

Hi @Aashish

Purchase estimates aren’t supported by QuickFile, only purchase invoices. We only supports sales estimates at this time.

Purchase invoices can be created by using the Purchase_Create endpoint:
https://api.quickfile.co.uk/d/v1_2/Purchase_Create

Hi Team,

Thanks for your quick suggestion.
Is there any way to establish relation between my sales and Purchase Invoices.
As I am not able to find any entity in Purchase Create API, where I may pass sales Invoice ID, so that it could be easier for my Accounts team to identify the corresponding relationship.
