Purchase invoice import

Hi, i am trying to import some large purchase invoices, with multiple lines.
i can see on sales invoice imports that you can specify the receipt number, and all the lines will import into 1 sales invoice
is this available for purchase invoice imports?

multi line invoice imports on the sales ledger was introduced not so long ago, one the purchase side it is not currently possible.

There is a feature request for this (linked below) please feel free to add your vote so we can monitor how popular this feature is.
