When you click Purchases, one sees Purchase Management Screen.

The Layout we have is:

Receipt Receipt Supplier Supplier Description NET VAT TOTAL STATUS OPTIONS VIEW
Number Date Name Ref

Is it possible to have the similar screen presentation for “Sales” ?

You can add additional columns (Purchase Reference, NET and VAT) by using the ‘Modify Columns’ button in the top right of the invoice screen:

I will give it a go.

I want to see the same presentation screen as the purchase screen under

Purchase Management

Some of the headings have different names, but using the modify columns option shown above, you can get them almost mirrored.

For example, for purchases you have Description, whereas in the sales you have Invoice Name. In effect, the column is the same, just labelled differently.

Thank you for your assistance. It was very simple and easy to do.

This would also assist when reconciling VAT Returns.
