Is there a way of running a detailed summary report (monthly and annually) of purchases/expenses?
Can you provide an example of the data you require
Nominal totals (purchase codes) in a given date range
Purchase invoice/credits in a given date range
Purchase invoice/credits (item lines) in a given date range
You can get most data by running a backup of your data.
This will give you several CSV reports for the ledgers which can be manipulated in excel.
Alternatively you can create custom report to extract data you need.
