Has anyone else noticed QF being particularly slow today? - I’ve pinged it and it’s getting a response so it’s not completely down. But having real problems trying to get it to load properly. Have cleared cache etc and tried another browser. We’re running on a 100mbps leased line here and can access other sites fine.

While I may be a bit slow replying to you, our service is monitored by my colleagues and they would have taken a look if anything was causing concern.
Everything is running as it should be at the moment and most pages are loading in under 2 seconds for me, but we appreciate you getting in touch regarding this.

I apologise for the slowness earlier today. We are investigating some connectivity issues with our data center. It should be running fine now and we should have more information on the cause at some point this evening.
