Hello Everyone. I would be very grateful if you could help with an information regarding the Key Filing Dates popup. Since I am the director of a limited company registered in May 2018, I am aware that I have to file the Self Assessment with HMRC, but I thought this was necessary after the company’s first tax year end, yet I could notice in the Key Filing Dates popup that it needs to be filed within 31st January 2019. Is this general information or I am supposed to register for Self Assessment by that date?
Not all company directors have to file personal tax return, if you have been issued notice by HMRC then you have to file personal tax return or you have taxable income to declare else you can ignore QF alert
