How do we obtain an actual VAT invoice for the renewal subscription for Quick File? Only received the email notification of total amount due. This was not followed by confirmation of renewal or an invoice!
Hi @langleywill,
If you click your company name in the top right hand corner you will see in the drop down an option for Billing - if you click this you will then be able to see the VAT invoices for the services you have purchased.
