Hi,
I am currently carrying out a test run of email communications through my affinity dashboard with a listing of other clients. I sent a trial email to my other email account and the message came with a link for me to reply. On clicking the link, It took me straight to my dashboard where I could see and access other clients information. Please how do I restrict this access such that each client is able to access their accounts only. Is there any setting regarding this?

It’s more than likely because you are already logged in. Try opening the link in another browser that you are not logged in at, or logging out of your current session first, or opening the link in a private/incognito window/tab.
