Quickfile Bank Feeds Extension settings

Where or how are the settings saved in Chrome?

Is it a cookie or something else - I keep losing mine after running CCCleaner or similar utilities and I can’t work out what I need to exclude.

Hi @Adendum

Some settings are stored in a cookie, some are stored in local storage. What bank(s) do you use - perhaps I could narrow it down for you?

I am using Santander

Santander is Local Storage:

OK … so you are looking at something from the Chrome Inspector but [a] what are you looking at (I can’t find it) and, more importantly, [b] how do I ensure this doesn’t get deleted in Chrome when I run CCCleaner?

The tab that’s open is the ‘Application’ tab.

Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with CCCleaner, so it may be worth reaching out to their support/development team to see if they could advise on how to leave local storage intact.

Thanks.

I’ll check with PiriForm and report back in case others have a similar issue.
