I had a nice chat with GoCardless and found out that QuickFile is using the using an API that is linked to the old GoCardless platform.
Any chance your going to update your API to be compatible with the new GoCardless platform?
I’m afraid what you’ve been told isn’t quite correct. QuickFile has been using the new GoCardless API for some accounts, since September. The remaining accounts were switched at the start of October.
