hello everyone,

I am new to Quickfile, and while starting to use I understood that it is free for small to medium business.

After setting everything up and doing all the entries, I saw that they gave me only 15 day free trial, whereas when I was signing in it said free to companies having up to 1000 ledger entries.

Did anyone else face the same issue?

You can opt to have a free trial of the Power User Subscription - is this what you’re referring to?

It is showing as free bank feed subscription is only for 15 days.

Does that mean I will be able to do the other work except getting bank feed after 15 days.

Yes - The bank feed subscription is an optional subscription which you can trial to see whether it works for you. The feed works through Open Banking so you would need to check whether your bank is compatible.

I just managed to feed everything and was in shock after seeing this. But this makes more sense now. Thank you for your quick help.
