Hi, I have an email reminder to renew my subscription, however I have done much less transactions and fall into your ‘small’ pricing category. So going forward I would just like to use the free plan. How do I do this?

Hi @hcraig

If your account falls into the small category and you do not wish to you the additional features of the Power User Subscription, you can ignore the reminder and keep using your account as normal.
