Quickfile VAT settings

I accidently rolled back after submitting my VAT report.
I believe I am supposed to turn off quickfile VAT settings before I can resave the quickfile data, but I do not know how to do this.
Where are the Quickfile VAT Settings please?

I can see on your account you have a saved return for your last period.
