Can i access account with out renewing subscription . A new company has been created and so use diff quick file account now. He still does a couple of bits some months on the old company. I think some one said if he does less than 20 transactions a month he would not need to pay for an other year .
Does anyone know how to do this ?

If the account is not in use anymore(completely) and you only need the data to show to your accountant, then the support team should be able to provide the needed data by giving you access for a short period or so. But if the account is still in use, even is it just for small things, I think a new subscription will be required or you have to wait until the annual ledger count drops below 1000 and the account becomes a free account.
