Have you tried it in a different browser or browser set to private mode?
Sometimes it does help to revoke the feed and start from scratch.
If this doesn’t help it is most likely on RBS side. May you should contact them
My RBS QF feed wasn’t syncing the past few days, saying “disconnected”. I revoked the connection and tried to re-add my RBS account, just getting this now: “The bank failed to respond and their Open Banking interface may be down. Please retry in 15 minutes.”
