RBS Second Bank Feed

A client of mine is trying to set up a second bank feed with the Royal Bank of Scotland, but it doesn’t show up with it as an option, though his first RBS bank is set up fine.

Is it because this is set as a Bank reserve account?

Hi @BethBrown

You can only have one connection per bank. So when they allowed the first account they should have selected all of the accounts they wanted to have a feed with.

They would need to revoke their current access and start again making sure to select all of the accounts.

If the account is not showing up as an option when selecting it may be that it isn’t eligible for Open Banking.
