Receipt hub dropbox sync not working

Hi

Is there something up with the dropbox sync with the receipt hub? It usually happens almost immediately, but I have had a handful sitting in there for over 5 minutes now and they are not syncing.

There’s no known issues at the moment. Can you confirm if your account number ends with 006 please and I’ll see if I can manually pull in your files?

I’ve just run a manual poll on this account which has pulled in 6 files.
