I just wondered if once receipts have been uploaded to the hub via drop box and tagged to a purchase, can I delete them out of the apps section of drop box altogether?
That’s absolutely fine, once a receipt has been uploaded from Dropbox we move it to the “Imported” folder within Dropbox, this provides you with your own local backup.
We also keep geo-redundant copies of all receipts held on QuickFile. Our backups are synced once every 24 hours.

Can I move the imported receipts to a totally new location (I use one drive as an archive) they don’t need to stay in drop box for quickfile do they?
Yes you can definitely move them out of Dropbox, it won’t break anything. We just continue to add newly imported files to that folder and you can move them whenever you wish.
